The PDR Course is taught in the city of Chapecó (Santa Catarina), where the student will have the necessary space and tools to receive classes and learn the profession. The student will receive a step-by-step booklet, T-shirt and cap – all the necessary for the classes.
Our course for beginners is 40 hours, where they teach the basic techniques for practicing the craft, enabling the student to practice the profession independently. Each student is treated individually and their difficulties are dealt with by the instructor.
We also offer an advanced category with a further 40 hours (totaling 80 hours), where improved techniques are taught for more difficult and special doughs. In addition, the student will spend more time improving their basic skills, becoming a professional of the highest quality.
